The Light SYNC Triple DT Plug High Beam Trigger Wiring Harness is designed to make auxiliary lighting installation cleaner, safer and compliant.
Built for use with the Flare 9 9" Driving Light, this wiring harness allows your lights to be wired using a dedicated fused relay setup. This helps take the electrical load away from the vehicle’s factory wiring while allowing the lights to be triggered through the correct circuit.

How Does Light SYNC Work?
Light SYNC seamlessly integrates your Vantage Flare 9 driving lights with your vehicle’s existing high-beam system.
When you activate your vehicle’s high beams, Light SYNC automatically activates your Flare 9 driving lights. When you dip your headlights, the Flare 9s switch off automatically.
Rather than drawing power from your vehicle’s original headlight wiring, Light SYNC uses a dedicated fused battery supply and relay system. The vehicle’s high-beam circuit is used only to provide the activation signal, keeping the additional electrical load away from the factory lighting circuit.
The pre-assembled harness features weather-sealed DT connectors for a clean, reliable installation, with Twin and Triple configurations available.
What's Included?
Light SYNC takes the complexity out of installing auxiliary driving lights. Each harness arrives fully assembled, combining high-quality components, heavy-duty wiring and seamless high-beam integration into one complete system.
- Integrated Relay & Fuse System – Provides a protected power supply directly from your vehicle’s battery, keeping the additional electrical load away from the factory headlight circuit.
- Weather-Sealed DT Connectors – High-quality, pre-fitted connections for each Flare 9, ensuring a secure, reliable connection while making installation straightforward.
- Automatic High-Beam Integration – A dedicated trigger connection synchronises your Flare 9s with your vehicle’s existing high beams, including automatic dipping functionality.
- Selectable DRL Connections – Wiring for the Flare 9’s white or amber daytime running lights, allowing you to choose your preferred appearance.
- Heavy-Duty Braided Cable Protection – Durable protective sleeving keeps the wiring organised, protected and professionally finished.
Vehicle Compatibility
This wiring loom is intended for use on 12V DC vehicle electrical systems only.
The loom must be installed using the supplied fuse and relay protection. Direct connection to the battery without appropriate fuse and relay protection is not permitted.
Installation must be carried out by a competent person or qualified auto electrician. The vehicle battery must be disconnected before installation begins.
To reduce the risk of electrical fault, overheating or fire hazard, the installer must ensure that:
- The supplied fuse is installed and not uprated
- All wiring connections are tight and fully insulated
- Cables are routed away from heat sources, sharp edges and moving components
- Wiring is secured to prevent chafing or vibration damage
- The relay and fuse holder are mounted in a dry, protected location
- The product is not modified or disassembled
Do not alter the wiring harness, fuse rating, connectors or internal components. Do not use on systems other than 12V DC. Do not operate if wiring is damaged.
Damage or loss resulting from incorrect installation, improper wiring, modification, misuse or failure to follow the supplied instructions is not covered under warranty.

The harness is designed to support safe auxiliary lighting installation when fitted correctly using the supplied fuse and relay protection.
Warranty & Support
Wiring looms, relays, switches, fuses, fuse holders, connectors, and electrical accessories supplied as part of a Vantage wiring looms are covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects.
This includes:
- Faulty relays
- Faulty switches
- Defective connectors supplied by Vantage
- Wiring faults caused by a manufacturing defect
This does not cover incorrect installation, poor earth points, incorrect power supply, blown fuses caused by vehicle faults, water damage from badly sealed connections, modified wiring, cut wiring, poor crimping, or damage to vehicle-side connectors.
The connection between a Vantage product and the vehicle’s own wiring is not covered where the issue is caused by installation, vehicle wiring, poor connection, corrosion, or modification outside Vantage’s control.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation or wiring
- Products that have been modified, opened, dismantled, or repaired without approval
- Damage caused by impact, accident, misuse, neglect, or abuse
- Damage caused by pressure washing, harsh chemicals, acidic or alkaline cleaners, TFR, solvents, or salt exposure without proper maintenance
- Stone chips, scratches, dents, or general road wear
- Damage caused by incorrect voltage, poor earth, vehicle electrical faults, or non-approved accessories
- Labour costs for removal, refitting, diagnosis, or installation
- Recovery costs, loss of use, loss of earnings, or any indirect costs
- Products purchased second-hand or from an unauthorised seller
- Normal wear and tear
- Products used outside their intended vehicle application
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact Vantage Lighting
with:
- Your proof of purchase
- Your order number, if available
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Photos of the installation, wiring, and mounting where relevant
- A description of how and when the fault occurred
We may ask for the product to be returned for inspection
before approving a warranty claim.
If a valid warranty claim is accepted, Vantage Lighting
will, at our discretion, repair the product, replace the product, supply
replacement parts, or refund the original purchase price.
Important Note
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and
does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
