Shipping Policy — Vantage Lighting

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next working day.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.


UK Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

  • Express Delivery (if selected): 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We use reputable UK couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD or Evri, depending on parcel size and destination. Courier selection may vary by order.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location, unless a free shipping promotion is active.

Any delivery upgrades will be shown at checkout before payment.


Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or high parcel volumes. Vantage Lighting is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the courier, but we will help you track and resolve issues where possible.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The packaging

  • The damaged item

  • The shipping label

If your parcel appears lost, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier. Investigations can take several working days to complete.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, we may charge a redelivery fee.
